TILLI Winter Session: Dali 101: from Melting Watches to Nuclear Crucifixions
In this talk, Peter Tush, Dalí Museum Curator of Education, explores the fascinating, outrageous life and art of Salvador Dalí, focusing on work in The Dalí Museum Collection, St. Petersburg, Florida. The talk traces Dalí’s development from his rural beginnings to becoming an outspoken student to conquering the art world as a member of the surrealist group, only to reinvent himself as a “nuclear mystical” artist following World War II. The talk will feature stories from Dalí’s remarkable life, his world of dreams, and his mind-bending illusions. Register Here. Contact tilli@tisrael.org with questions.
