IYUN learning circle: Sex, Intimacy, & Relationships: Toward a Postmodern Jewish Sexual Ethic

December 4, 2023

07:00 PM - 08:30 PM EDT

Sexuality and intimacy are central to our identities and experiences as human beings, yet we have few opportunities to speak about them in a frank, open, and explicitly Jewish way. In this class, we will read — broadly and generously — traditional Jewish texts on intimacy, gender, sexuality, and other related topics.

Thoughtful participation requires active listening, speaking up to contribute, and talking from one’s own experience while being open to the experiences of others. This course explores the ethics of human relationships and sexuality in the Jewish tradition.

We're excited to learn with you. But before we do, we want to know a little more about you. Tell us about you here and take a look at the syllabus!

We have created two options for payment, you may choose to either pay the full $54 or "pay what you can." If you have any issues or questions please email Nalani (nhaueter@tisrael.org)!

This event and the Riverway Project community are open to all in their 20s and 30s.
