Introducing The Future is Peace with Maoz Inon and Aziz Abu Sarah
Join the Center for Adult Jewish Learning for a special Zoom conversation with Maoz Inon and Aziz Abu Sarah, the co-authors of The Future is Peace. This virtual program offers an early opportunity to meet two extraordinary voices in contemporary peacebuilding and to engage with the ideas at the heart of their work.
Through personal storytelling and thoughtful exchange, Maoz and Aziz will reflect on what it means to pursue dialogue and human connection in moments of deep fracture, and how their shared commitment to empathy and coexistence took shape. This conversation will set the stage for a larger communal gathering at Temple Israel in April, where we will have the opportunity to meet the pair in person, inviting participants to begin exploring the themes, questions, and hope.
The New York Times named The Future Is Peace as one of their most anticipated nonfiction books of the year.
