This one-day mindfulness retreat draws on the hidden wisdom of Purim: that God is present even when unseen, that courage can wear a costume, and that becoming who we truly are often requires unmasking. Through contemplative practice, movement, music, and reflection, we will explore what it means to listen for the quiet presence beneath the noise, to shed the roles we perform, and to step more fully into our authentic selves. Together, we will honor the joy, resilience, and sacred pride of being Jewish—awakening to the truth that holiness is not distant, but woven into every moment, waiting to be noticed.

No experience necessary! Just bring an open heart and comfortable clothing.

If you are hoping to discover or deepen a personal mindfulness practice, please join us. Registration is required. Cost: $54 for members and $72 for non-members. For questions, contact Cantor Stillman.
