- Hour of Action: Temple Israel is excited to partner with Partakers to create packages for individuals returning home from incarceration. Partakers is a Massachusetts non-profit organization that supports the education and advancement of incarcerated individuals and returning citizens through a unique mentoring model.Please click here to learn more. - Outdoor Mindfulness Walk: Join us for a gentle guided walk on Yom Kippur afternoon. As we walk together in quiet contemplation, we will honor the sacredness of the day through presence, breath, and nature. Whether you are fasting or simply seeking a moment of peace, this walk invites you to slow down, listen inward, and find meaning in stillness. All are welcome to share in this sacred journey.
