S'lichot Mini Retreat with Noah Aronson

Join us for an extraordinary afternoon and evening of spiritual preparation as we welcome beloved musician and teacher Noah Aronson back to Temple Israel for a transformative S'lichot experience.
As we enter the sacred season of the High Holy Days, Judaism invites us to return—to ourselves, to our purpose, and to one another. S'lichot is our gentle gateway, a time of transition to slow down, reflect, and begin again. This year, we’ll prepare our souls not only with words, but with breath, sound, and sacred presence.
From 3:00–6:00pm, Noah will guide us through a S'lichot Mini-Retreat—an immersive journey of music, mindfulness, movement, and prayer. In an atmosphere of warmth and curiosity, we’ll explore the themes of teshuvah and spiritual renewal through embodied practices. Dress comfortably and come open to experience.
In the evening, we gather for a Community Dinner and then deepen our spiritual work in our Spiritual Practice Labs with Noah and our Temple Israel clergy. Together we’ll engage in soulful text, song, and intention-setting before entering the sanctuary for our Candlelit S'lichot Service, preparing our Torah scrolls—and our hearts—for Rosh Hashanah.
