Progressive Israel Caucus Launch Meeting

Temple Israel members are launching a Progressive Israel Caucus. The goal of the caucus is to engage Temple Israel members with Israel and to be in relationship with Israel organizations and communities as we face together its challenges, conflicts, and complexities from a progressive perspective.
The Caucus will:

• work with the Center for Adult Jewish Learning as it plans Israel-related activities;
• disseminate information about activities of selected organizations committed to progressive engagement with Israel; and
• identify and encourage participation in political actions initiated by organizations committed to progressive engagement with Israel.

If you are interested in shaping and working with the Caucus, please join an initial informational meeting at Temple Israel Thursday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m.
