July Riverway Shabbat

Shabbat Shalom!

The Riverway Project of Temple Israel invites you to join us for our once-monthly mixed presence Shabbat service & dinner. The Riverway Project is an inclusive, collaborative community for those in their 20s and 30s who want to connect with others grounded in Judaism, social justice, spirituality, and learning.

Join us onsite or online for a relaxed, musical, Qabbalat Shabbat service led by Rabbi Andrew Oberstein and our incredible Riverway Musicians!

For those joining us online, the livestream of our service will begin at 7:30 p.m. 

For those joining onsite we'll begin our evening with schmoozing some nosh at 7:00 p.m. before services beginning at 7:30 p.m., with dinner and drinks to follow. Our evening ends at 10:00p.m.

Our registration form looks a little different this month. If you would still like to make a donation as a part of your registration you can do so on the Temple Israel donation page! Select the "Riverway Project Fund" under the "Select a fund to donate to" drop down.

This event and our community are open to all . We are grateful to be able to offer Riverway Shabbat at no cost to those in their 20s and 30s in the Boston area. Please consider contributing so that we can serve the Riverway community all year long. We have options to donate at $9, $18, and $36 levels to support the creation of a musical and accessible experience!
