Join us for a virtual cooking demonstration of a quintessential part of the Passover Seder. This workshop will focus on Sephardic recipes and will be led by JArts Collaborations Manager, Sara Gardner, a published cookbook author and culinary historian specializing in the culinary heritage and cultural identity of the Sephardic Jewish community.
Recipes and a full ingredients list will be shared in advance of the class, so you can cook along from home. Or just join in to watch and learn about Sephardic food through the lens of Charoset! All are welcome.
