Join TILLI (Temple Israel Lifelong Learning Institute) for a 90-minute walking tour led by the Brookline Historical Society. This tour is titled "Synagogues, Stores, and Community: The Early Development and Growth of Jewish Brookline."

The first half of the 20th century saw dramatic growth in the Jewish population of Brookline and in the institutions, businesses, and activities that helped make the town a center of Jewish life in the Boston area. A walking tour led by Brookline Historical Society president Ken Liss tells the story— through places, people, and events—of the emergence of Jewish Brookline and its continued growth over subsequent decades.

This is a free event and all are welcome. Click here to register or email Ann Abrams at tilli@tisrael.org.
