On Thursday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m., we welcome guest speaker David Moss for his lecture, "Is Democracy in Trouble?"

What has made our democracy strong or weak in the past, and what can be done now to strengthen it? Prof. David Moss is the Paul Whiton Cherington Professor at Harvard Business School, and joined the faculty there in 1993. He teaches in the Business, Government, International Economy Unit (BGIE). In 2005, he founded the Tobin Project, an independent, non-profit research organization, whose mission is to mobilize and support a community of scholars across the social sciences and allied fields, in order to deepen our understanding of our nation’s real-world problems, and to engage with policy-makers to make a profound difference. His book Democracy: A Case Study is recommended, but not required.
