For Teens from Temple Israel & Bethel AME: Sunday, March 30 | Hosted by Bethel AME 2pm
A guided workshop designed for everyone—even those who do not consider themselves writers. Through this step-by-step process, participants will craft short, meaningful stories from everyday moments.
Some participants will also be invited to a filming session, where their stories will be shared in an intimate, one-on-one conversation. These stories will be theatrically projected and framed by live music and narration in the final In Our Words performance.
Only stories that show participants in their best light will be included, and all filmed storytellers will approve their segments before they are shared. Participation in the workshop does not require being filmed.
