Join former Israeli Consul General to New England and current J Street Israel Director, Nadav Tamir, and New Israel Fund VP of Public Engagement Libby Lenkinski, to reaffirm our community’s support for Israel as a democratic homeland for the Jewish people, which is at peace with its neighbors, including Palestinians; and explore what we in the American Jewish community can do to support that vision in the face of current realities. We will hear from Israelis working to promote justice and democracy at home and American political leaders working to ensure US diplomacy supports the same goals.

When: Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
Where: Temple Israel of Boston, 477 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02215. Free validated parking is available.

This free community event will feature two separate conversations, which will end by noon.  After the talks, all are invited to join us for a lunch of Middle Eastern fare, opportunities to take action with the sponsoring organizations, and small discussion groups led by Temple Israel Progressive Israel Caucus.

This is an onsite event. Please register to participate.  If you are not able to join us at Temple Israel, the speaker portion of the event will be recorded and made public post-event.

Presented by: Temple Israel of Boston, New Israel Fund, and J Street
