Torah/Yoga with the Moon

Month of Kislev: Serving the Center

Wednesday Afternoons at 4:00 p.m.
4 weeks, November 18 – December 9

What is the center of our being? Our minds, or our hearts? In this month’s Torah/Yoga cycle, we’ll turn to Joseph’s circular dreams, to the Israelites’ radiant wilderness tabernacle, and, above all, to our own embodied experience, to move towards a view of being human that is heart-centered — both anatomically and spiritually, no coincidence! — in order to cultivate minds that act in the service of love. When the truth of love is our center, we journey without straying from home.

Join us for this special 70-minute movement and mindfullness practice, led by master yoga teacher Evelyn Punch. All are welcome, regardless of level or experience. We invite you to choose your own adventure: Sign up for one class, or all four.

If you have any questions about the movement practice or Torah content, Yaakov ( would love to hear.
