If you want to keep your body active, stay relaxed and alert in a time of upheaval, and give some structure to your weeks, then good news: Temple Israel is partnering with Breath Lab, a Jewish home for movement, to offer a weekly hour of active but beginner-friendly yoga.
The movement is followed by a half-hour of conversation and community time, for those who wish to stay and explore how Judaism and yoga go hand-in-hand.
This four-class series will align with the lunar cycle of the Hebrew month of Tammuz. Feel free to drop in for one class, or to join us for the full four-week journey, so the seeds you plant in the first session will have time to grow, and to transform your mind-body practice, over the course of the month.

Schedule details for our 4-week series for the month of Tammuz:
All classes will start with yoga from 3:00 – 4:10 p.m., followed by an elective text study from 4:15 – 4:45 p.m.
