Mindfulness and Movement with Susan Sachs

1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays: February 6, 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27, $80 course fee (whole series only; no drop-ins available) Research has shown that stress, tension, and anxiety are lessened by using mindfulness techniques and body awareness. This is a weekly one hour class to improve well-being in both mind and body by practicing mindfulness meditation. The class will focus on breathing awareness, meditation techniques, and body relaxation.
