French Film: Hiroshima

French Teacher, Susan Ridker, will present "Hiroshima, Mon Amour" (with subtitles), a movie directed by Alain Resnais with an Academy Award nominated screenplay by Marguerite Duras. The movie traces the brief affair of a Japanese architect and a French actress in Japan after World War II, and is acclaimed as a milestone in the history of movie-making.
