Neighborhood Networks

Our neighborhood network program is a new initiative to extend your connection to TI out to your neighborhood. This effort is about leveraging one of TI’s greatest strengths – our sense of community within and our connectedness to the world around us. We are piloting neighborhood networks in Brookline, JP/Roslindale/West Roxbury, and the communities North of the Charles. Join us for book groups and movie clubs, Havdalah potluck dinners, gatherings in a neighborhood sukkah, or just meet us for a drink.

Help Plan Temple Israel Neighborhood Networks

We are looking for your help with a new membership initiative at Temple Israel, Neighborhood Networks. Help us plan Neighborhood Network get-togethers in your neighborhood. We already have a long list of great ideas — book groups and movie clubs, Havdallah potluck dinners, and gatherings in neighborhood sukkahs, for jam sessions or for a drink — but you probably have more, and we’d love to hear it.

We hope that you will join your Neighborhood Core Team to brainstorm and plan some gatherings. We promise this will be a fun and meaningful way to connect to both current and future TI members. Please let us know if you can be a part of your Neighborhood Network Core Team – even for just one event.  It’s an incredibly important (and fun) initiative for Temple Israel, both for our current members and those members-yet-to be.
