MEN’S SOFTBALL

The softball teams were created in an effort to strengthen the TI men’s community while also reliving their youth by getting back out on the baseball field. Both teams have been very successful on the fields and are having great fun.

Named after our location, the Riverway Project is a bold, exciting initiative that connects adults in their 20’s and 30’s to each other, to Judaism, and to Temple Israel.

FJECC PRESCHOOL

The FJECC serves children from 21 months to 5 years old. We are committed to providing the highest quality early childhood education in both secular and Judaic studies in a safe, nurturing and non-pressured environment.

TORAH STUDY

Join us on Saturday mornings for an hour of robust Rabbi-led text study. Torah study is preceded by a half hour prayer minyan and followed by a warm community kiddish. Please join us. No experience is necessary.

k-7 Religious School

K-7 RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

At Temple Israel, we mine our extraordinary past – an ever, renewable resource – in order to develop our students as Critical Readers, Social Justice Activists, Reflective Ritual Practitioners, and Zionists in America.

TILLI PEER-LED LEARNING

Aptly named, TILLI (Temple Israel Lifelong Learning Initiative) is a member directed program bringing the challenge and excitement of learning to active, intellectually curious adults.

Our Fain Award-winning Teen Education program serves 8th-12th graders and their families. Teens can participate in any or all of our offerings: The Tent, the Madrichim (student teaching) Program, and RYFTI, our teen youth group.

TOT ROCK SHABBAT

Tot Rock Shabbat is for kids 5 and under and held the second Friday of every month. The Riverway Band will lead us through a musical Shabbat service and dinner.

Walking Through the Door is a program led by Rabbi Zecher and the women of Temple Israel to explore our spiritual life and enjoy Shabbat together.

THANK GOODNESS IT’S SHABBAT (TGIS)

TGIS is a special service on the first and third Saturday of the month for kids between 6 days and 6 years and includes dancing, singing, playing and praying.
