Mindfulness and Movement with Susan Sachs

Research has shown that stress, tension, and anxiety are lessened by using mindfulness techniques and body awareness. This is a weekly one hour class to improve well-being in both mind and body by practicing mindfulness meditation. The class will focus on breathing awareness, meditation techniques, and body relaxation.
