Elementary Education Committee

On behalf of the Elementary Education Committee at Temple Israel, I want to welcome new and returning religious school families to our 2011-2112 school year. We're very proud of the forward-looking Jewish education that we offer to our religious school students and their families. Last year we saw so many positive changes in our religious school education program under Rabbi Jeremy Morrison's leadership, and this year we're eager to build on these successes. We're also excited to welcome Sarah Wilensky, our new Family Educator, to our education staff.

The mission of the Elementary Education Committee is to advise on policy and procedures, and otherwise support Rabbi Morrison and the TI education staff. The Committee members and I appreciate the opportunity to talk with parents, and we rely on your thoughtful feedback and participation throughout the year.  This year, Committee members will be reaching out to you for your thoughts on strengthening our community, so please make your voice heard. Whether you're a new or returning family, your interest and involvement in our religious school is always appreciated.
