T'fillah (Prayer. A process of self-evaluation and self-judgment)

Have you ever asked any of the following questions?
1) What does this prayer mean?
2) What does it mean to me?
3) Does it apply in the 21st century?
4) I can pray as an individual.  Why do I want to pray in a community (or the other way around)?
5) Is prayer just for Kaddish or another life altering event?

Join the Weekday Minyan at Temple Israel for an exploration of T'fillah.  Using Rabbi Lawrence Hoffman's Traditional Prayers, Modern Commentaries as a guide we will explore what prayer means to us.  Minyan is at 6:15 pm in the library.

Please contact Jay Martin at 617-686-6933 with any questions.
